Snell & Wilcox ME3600 Atlas 4 (???)

I found this very rare and mysterious device on the kupujemprodajem website and bought it for a good price. It came from Serbia, and the seller sent it to me from Hungary due to customs. When it arrived it was in excellent condition; I cleaned it a bit and then powered it on for the first time.
This device can convert PAL, SECAM, NTSC, NTSC 4.43, PAL-M and PAL-N to the same aforementioned formats. It has a built-in 4-field TBC that has poor performance when it comes to stabilizing very unstable video.
I couldn't find much about this device on the internet—I only get the ad image from where I bought it. I'm not sure what year it was made, but judging by the fact that it only works with composite video input, it's very old.
- Video inputs: Composite
- Video outputs: Composite, YUV via strange connector (Image 6)
